September 25–2026 (day: 27) · Dana Point, CA, USA · Doheny State Beach
Founded by Eddie Vedder in 2016, the Ohana Festival is a three-day music and lifestyle event held at the scenic Doheny State Beach. The festival features over 35 performances across three stages, showcasing a diverse lineup of rock, indie, and alternative acts. Beyond the music, Ohana is deeply rooted in environmental activism and community, featuring 'The Cove'—an area dedicated to 'Storytelling in the Cove' where conservationists, researchers, and professional surfers lead panels on ocean health and sustainability. A portion of the festival's proceeds benefits local non-profits like the Doheny State Beach Foundation and the San Onofre Parks Foundation.
Ohana is a leader in festival sustainability, utilizing reusable cup programs, compostable food service items, and free hydration stations to eliminate single-use plastics. The event also employs intelligent battery systems to reduce its carbon footprint and hosts educational panels on ocean conservation at the Storytellers Stage.
