• Festival data, lineups, and set times are aggregated from public sources and are owned by their respective festivals

We strive to provide accurate festival information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of festival lineups, set times, or other details. Always verify important information with official festival sources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to missed performances, incorrect schedule information, or any issues arising from festival attendance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
