SF Music Week is a citywide celebration of the San Francisco Bay Area's vibrant music scene, featuring live performances, pop-ups, and community events at record stores, historic venues, and unexpected spaces. The week-long event is designed to unite the local music community, featuring an Industry Summit with panels, workshops, and networking opportunities for artists and professionals. It runs concurrently with the Noise Pop Festival and is presented by Noise Pop, SF Live, and the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD).
The festival aims to foster a sustainable music ecosystem through industry-led discussions on growth and economic vitality. Additionally, many participating San Francisco venues utilize reusable cup programs (such as r.World) to reduce single-use plastic waste.
