The Summer Smash Festival, also known as Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash Festival, is one of the world's largest independently-owned hip-hop music festivals. It returns to Chicagoland's SeatGeek Stadium for its seventh anniversary, offering a three-day outdoor music festival experience. The event is co-founded by Chicago-based music powerhouses Lyrical Lemonade and SPKRBX. It features a stacked lineup of sought-after names in hip-hop and rap, ranging from Grammy Award winners to acts dominating radio waves, fast-rising up-and-comers, and hometown Chicago rappers. Beyond the music, the festival is packed with engaging experiences, including carnival rides, art installations, and live performers, creating an interactive atmosphere. It aims to bring the hip-hop community together for a weekend that celebrates creativity and unity, serving as a platform for both established and emerging artists. The festival utilizes three stages within the expansive venue, offering premium food, bars, and vendors.
